We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


2. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


6. Order Cancellations

As we process orders within 24 hours to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched.
